By using our website and/or registering your details with Lusinap Ltd., you confirm your agreement to our terms and conditions.

Lusinap Ltd. shall sell and the customer shall purchase the goods subject to these conditions. No variation to these conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by the customer and Lusinap Ltd.

Lusinap Ltd. employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the goods or any Services unless confirmed by Lusinap Ltd. in writing. The customer acknowledges that it does not rely on, and waives any breach of any such representations that are not so confirmed.

Lusinap Ltd. assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to which Lusinap Ltd. web sites have links and shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on such hyperlinked sites. Lusinap Ltd. may not have control of such web sites. The inclusion of any hyperlinks to such other web sites does not mean that Lusinap Ltd. endorses the material on such web sites or has any association with the owner thereof.

Lusinap Ltd. shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of Lusinap Ltd. obligations in relation to the goods or services if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Lusinap Ltd. reasonable control or due to the customer's fault. If any element of the conditions is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
Lusinap Ltd. attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site is accurate. However, Lusinap Ltd. assume no duty to update such information and cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free and accurate.

Lusinap Ltd. does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at anytime. Where possible, prior e-mail notification will be given.
Lusinap Ltd. will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicably possible after being notified of them.

Lusinap Ltd. does not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the web site or any failure to complete a transaction.

Ordering
Lusinap Ltd. aim to deliver the goods within 28 working days from date of order unless notified on product information.

Orders maybe delayed, if products are not available and Lusinap Ltd. will not be responsible for any delays. Customers will be e-mailed regarding any possible delay and given the option of cancelling the order.

Quoted delivery times are specific to products and locations and apply to working days only. Lusinap Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or remove items from sale or alter their specification without prior notice. Lusinap Ltd. will issue each order with a number If you are e-mailing Lusinap Ltd. regarding the delay or confirmation of your order, please quote the order number, date of the order and your full name. This will ensure we can trace your order and respond without delay.

Lusinap Ltd. will send an e-mail to confirm your order details. The quantity and description of the goods shall be those set out in the invoice. Where any valid claim is notified to Lusinap Ltd. in accordance with these terms and conditions, shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or at Lusinap Ltd. sole discretion, refund to the customer the price of the goods (or proportionate part of the price) but Lusinap Ltd. shall have no further liability to the customer. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for duty within the country of delivery. Lusinap Ltd. will not accept any responsibility for unpaid duty on any orders sent. Only payment for goods and delivery charges will been charged on the customers invoice.

Title, risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the customer as from the date of dispatch from the Lusinap Ltd. store.

Lusinap Ltd. will ensure payment is taken in full and this will correspond with the customers invoice and order place on the website. This does not affect your consumer statutory rights.

Refunds & Exchanges
Lusinap Ltd. can't be held responsible for incorrect sizes ordered by customers. Lusinap Ltd. are happy to exchange incorrectly ordered products, but additional shipping charges maybe applied before goods are dispatched. Goods will only be accepted, if returned as purchased and in the original packaging.
Lusinap Ltd. aim to supply the highest quality of product and designs. If any product is found to be faulty the customer must notify Lusinap Ltd. immediately on receipt wherby the return address will be given. Returned goods should be received back at Lusinap Ltd no later than seven days after notification. Each return will be evaluated and if found to be faulty a replacement or refund will be offered.

Please enclose full order details and product fault to ensure your query can be rectified without delay.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products
Lusinap Ltd. reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the goods which are required to conform with any applicable safety or statutory requirements or which do not materially affect the goods' quality or Lusinap Ltd. as part of a policy of continuous improvement.

Payment
Payment can be made by any of the methods detailed on your checkout, these are Paypal, Nochex, Credit Cards through Paypal and Nochex and by direct cheques.

Any discrepancies should be e-mailed to Lusinap Ltd. immediately and will be rectified if found to be valid.

A copy of your invoice will be dispatched with the goods ordered.

Lusinap Ltd. operate a secure site and ensure all legal legislations are covered to protect the consumer.
